Ladies and Gentlemen
 
We have reached the end of a long journey to provide Vertex with a new state of the art facility. 

It has been an interesting and enjoyable 3.5 years that I have personally been involved with the project. 

I have met many new contractors involved in the works, some for all of the phases and some who have

had smaller roles.  There have been ups and downs but  I feel it would be remiss of me not to take this

opportunity to thank everyone of you that has played a part in the project.  We have produced a fantastic

facility that I am personally extremely proud of and from the feedback I have received from our client Vertex

are equally proud of their new facility.

This project could not have been completed without all of your help and support and for that I am truly grateful.
